Requirements & Compatibility
Screens requires iOS 17.6, iPadOS 17.6, macOS 14.6, visionOS 26.0 or later.
- Screens can connect to Macs running OS X 10.4 Tiger or later.
- A VNC server is required on remote Windows PCs, Linux PCs, and Raspberry Pi computers.
- File transfers are supported between an iPhone, iPad, Apple Vision Pro, or Mac running Screens and a remote Mac.
- Windows PCs, Linux PCs, and Raspberry Pi support plain-text clipboard sharing, including URLs.
- Screens does not receive audio from your computer. This is a limitation of the RFB protocol used by the app.
- Screens Connect requires macOS 10.13 High Sierra or later. A free Screens Connect account is required.
- Screens lets you connect from an iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Vision Pro to supported remote computers. It does not support connecting from a PC to your Apple devices.
