1. Make sure to follow our connection instructions

  2. Make sure you enter a password. This is mandatory!

  3. Your iPhone/iPod touch and computer need to be connected on the same WiFi network.

  4. You can also connect through an ad hoc connection

  5. If you run a firewall, make sure port 5900 is opened on your router and correctly redirects to your computer. Check your router' user manual to see how to open ports

  6. Some anti-viruses or other software could block port 5900. Check the software's user manual for more information.

  7. Also make sure Apple's default firewall allows connections to Screen Sharing
