What is the difference between Screens Express and Screens for Mac?
So if you intend to connect from Screens on an iOS device, you do not need to purchase Screens for Mac as well.
OK. Then what is the difference between Screens Express and Screens Connect?
Screens Express is intended for a sporadic use where you do not need to connect to a Mac on a regular basis while Screens Connect is intended for a more regular use. Both are optional utility apps that takes care of configuring your network in order to make your computer reachable from anywhere.
If you want to connect to your computers on a regular basis when you're away, install Screens Connect. If you want to connect to a Mac to help a client, a friend or a relative, have them install Screens Express in their Mac in order to be able to connect to it.

Which OS X versions are supported?
Screens Express supports OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion or later. You can download Screens Express for Mac here.
Screens Express refuses to install on my Mac!
As mentioned above, Screens Express requires OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion or later.
It is also possible that disk permissions need to be repaired. To do so, open Disk Utility, select the main disk and click on Repair Disk Permissions.
